A nightclub act, the way Darin built one
Mack Is Back! follows Bobby Darin's range, from early rock-and-roll to the American Songbook. Chaz Esposito leads a live band through the songs, the stories, and the audience connection Darin was famous for.
The production grows from a ten-piece big band to a fifty-musician symphony-pops event, scaled to the venue and budget.
Mack Is Back played sold-out performances at Legacy Theatre in 2022 and 2023 in its Stony Creek house (capacity up to 127). The show also played TheatreZone's G&L Theatre in Naples on February 24, 2022.
